The Sr. Portfolio Associate is responsible for active portfolio management and servicing of a commercial real estate loan portfolio within Income Property Lending. The role focuses on maintaining asset quality, mitigating risk, and supporting borrowers through the full lifecycle of post-origination loan activity, including financial monitoring, loan reviews, modifications, and servicing execution. Requires strong analytical judgment, knowledge of lending structures, and the ability to independently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.

Partial releases of collateral and title transfers
Impound releases and insurance claim disbursements
Coordinate collection of borrower financials through outreach campaigns and ongoing servicing touchpoints
Partner cross-functionally with Loan Servicing, Credit Analytics, Legal, Special Assets, and Relationship Managers to resolve issues and execute transactions
Identify deteriorating credits and escalate potential problem loans; support loss mitigation strategies and asset recovery efforts
Prepare recurring and ad hoc portfolio reporting, including trend analysis, risk reporting, and performance metrics
Mentor and train junior analysts on financial analysis, portfolio management processes, and credit fundamentals
