As a Senior Maintenance Supervisor , you’ll lead the maintenance operations for one of our apartment communities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and residents love where they live. This role combines hands-on technical work with team leadership and operational oversight.

This role will be split between two neighboring communities: Portofino Place East (416 Units) and Portofino Place West (396 Units).

Oversee and perform maintenance repairs across the property.

Schedule and monitor preventative maintenance.

Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification is required.

Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is required.

Three or more years’ hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience required.

Supervisory experience required.

Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software.

Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work.

Ability to read and comprehend budgets.

Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Availability to be on-call and responsive to after hour emergencies.

Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
