We’re seeking a high-performing Finance Manager to join our G&A Corporate Finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership—including the CFO, CLO, CTO, and COO—supporting strategic decision-making across our corporate functions. This is more than just reporting numbers. You’ll develop financial models that guide our investment strategy, enhance operational efficiency, and drive how our business scales. Responsibilities

Location: Dallas, TX, Austin, TX or San Francisco, CA
Serve as a strategic finance partner to G&A leaders (CFO, CLO, CTO, COO), supporting budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Build and maintain robust financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
Lead monthly reporting, variance analysis, and executive-level business reviews with clear, actionable insights.
Collaborate with Accounting on the month-end close process and ensure accurate, timely flux analysis.
Design and implement scalable, repeatable financial processes to support our growth trajectory.
Partner cross-functionally with other FP&A teams to ensure alignment in financial planning and strategy.
Contribute to the development of long-range plans and the annual operating plan across G&A functions.
What you’ll need
5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, financial analysis, or business partnering.
Background in high-growth public companies, SaaS, REITs (especially Data Centers), or multinational environments preferred.
Strong operational mindset with a passion for process improvement, efficiency, and scalability.
