Remediation Manager

AECOM seeks a strategic growth and operations leader to oversee environmental remediation services and accelerate higher‑returning, lower‑risk growth across the Gulf Coast and South‑Central markets. The leader will combine operational excellence with strong client partnerships, market knowledge, and business development to expand our presence across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana, and Arkansas. The role will lead a multidisciplinary team of environmental remediation professionals and serve as a trusted advisor to clients to position AECOM for continued market expansion. Imagine it. Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering in a relevant environmental remediation field AND ten (10) years of experience in a technical environmental remediation discipline with a proven track record in operational leadership OR a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary environmental projects, programs, or operational teams with responsibility for business performance, project delivery, and client satisfaction.

Demonstrated knowledge of the Gulf Coast and South‑Central Oil & Gas, Energy, and Industrial markets; proven ability to develop client relationships and identify growth opportunities across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
