Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree from a leading university
Between two to three years of work experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, M&A, consulting
Financial analysis, business modelling, and valuation skills
Excellent communication skills (written / verbal / presentation)
An ability to integrate rapidly and to work effectively in a global team of professionals
An ability to manage multiple responsibilities and time-sensitive deliverables with a high degree of quality and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
Experience analyzing companies, industries, and funds from an investment perspective
Investment banking, consulting, M&A, or related corporate finance field
A flexible, adaptable and collaborative team player with a positive and “can do” attitude
Creative and prepared to think outside the box; willing to take the initiative and to present solutions rather than problems
Thrives under pressure while maintaining a high level of personal and professional integrity
Clear desire and ambition for success, comfortable making decisions and prepared to make the personal commitment to ensure success
