Our Groundskeepers are essential team members who maintain the overall curb appeal of our apartment communities. This role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents while providing excellent customer service.
This role will be split between two neighboring communities: Portofino Place East (416 Units) and Portofino Place West (396 Units).
Perform daily property walks and maintain curb appeal.
Remove trash and debris from common areas.
Assist with seasonal property needs like snow removal and leaf clearance.
Respond to resident needs promptly and professionally.
Communicate work status and potential issues to the Service Manager.
Follow OSHA and company safety standards.
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of one year of previous experience as a Groundskeeper or similar function preferred.
Ability to speak and understand English.
General computer knowledge.
Knowledge of and ability to use grounds tools and equipment.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
