The Director, Enterprise Strategy will play a critical role in helping shape Athene's long-term direction and enterprise growth agenda. This role sits at the center of the company's most important strategic efforts, partnering with C-Suite leadership on enterprise growth priorities, capability incubation, AI-enabled transformation, strategic partnerships, and long-term value creation. Accountabilities:

Enterprise Growth Portfolio Management: Shape enterprise growth priorities with senior leadership, advancing opportunities from thesis through decision and investment

Enterprise Growth Platforms : Develop growth platforms that expand Athene's position across retirement and adjacent markets by building new business models , ecosystem architecture and cross-business growth engines

Capability Incubation: Partner with New Markets, Retail, Corporate Development, and business leaders to help incubate strategic opportunities and transition successful initiatives into operating businesses

AI-Enabled Transformation : I nform Athene's AI transformation agenda and incubate capabilities required to transform how we do business and drive competitive differentiation

Strategic Partnership Architecture: Define and develop partnership strategies with FinTech and technology providers to accelerate growth and capability development

Talent & Culture: Help build a high-performing, collaborative culture that develops talent and promotes innovation across the enterprise
