Responsibilities

Management: Oversee staffing, recruitment, hiring, training, and development of team members. Drive and execute corporate initiatives. Conduct property inspections covering curb appeal, safety, operations, capital improvements, risk management, and brand consistency. Guide move-in/move-out/turn processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems.
Ability and willingness to travel, paid by the company.

Preferred Qualifications

College graduate preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of property management experience.
Direct supervisory component.
Prior multi-site management preferred.
