The Vice President, Investments (Dispositions) at Link Logistics is responsible for evaluating, preparing, and executing disposition opportunities across Blackstone’s US Industrial Portfolio. This role serves as a primary point of contact for East region dispositions while representing Link to the brokerage community and broader marketplace by showing a high degree of professionalism. The VP keeps a pulse on transaction and leasing activity, other market participants, and macro shifts within the region. The VP works closely with brokers, third-party consultants, and junior staff to underwrite and prepare materials for potential dispositions. The role also evaluates the disposition pipeline and manages deal flow.
In coordination with in-house and outside counsel, the VP negotiates LOIs, access agreements, and purchase and sale agreements (PSAs). The VP partners closely with the operations team during due diligence through deal closing, serving as the primary deal lead. Additionally, the VP collaborates with team members in other markets, regions, and business units, and is responsible for overseeing, mentoring, and developing junior staff.

BA or BS in Finance, Real Estate Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines preferred. Other majors will be considered.
