As an Associate, Valuations on the Bellwether Valuations Team, you will conduct and manage the valuations of a portfolio of commercial real estate investments. Key responsibilities include maintaining complex financial analyses, evaluating investment performance and underwriting real estate investments. In this role, there will be tremendous learning and growth opportunities with exposure to leading experts in the real estate investment industry. The significant exposure to senior leadership requires a high degree of professionalism and work ownership.

A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in real estate valuations, consulting, portfolio management or audit/accounting. Real estate valuation specialist experience in a Big 4 or similar firm setting (rather than general audit staff) is strongly preferred.
Possession of, or progress toward, real estate industry certifications and licenses, e.g., MAI, CCIM, certified general real estate appraiser, broker, CPA, etc., is strongly preferred
