As a Transaction Coordinator, you will work on the Contract to Close team that oversees all administrative details throughout the contract process, freeing agents to focus on building client relationships and advancing their business. Our Transaction team members are experienced in real estate and serve as the first point of contact for all parties involved, ensuring a smooth path to settlement. From document preparation to deadline tracking to requesting online testimonials, your goal is to make life easier for agents and clients every step of the way. You will also work hand in hand with local lenders and title attorneys, bringing extensive experience and strong industry contacts to each and every contract you process.
Please Note - This position will require you to be in the local office 2x per month
CA Real Estate License Required
5+ years of real estate activity in this market
Strong knowledge of the real estate laws in California and familiarity with standard real estate forms used in California (SFAR, PRDS, and Local Area Disclosures)
In-depth knowledge of Real Estate Transaction Coordination and Compliance
DocuSign, Google Suite, CTM
Strong written, quantitative, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to digest detailed contracts and make informed decisions based on content
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of Agent’s contract data
Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Customer service-oriented personality
Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills
B.A. or B.S. degree preferred
