This position is responsible for preconstruction support for contemplated development & redevelopment projects across North America. This position will act as a liaison both internally and externally for preconstruction services by interacting with Project Managers, Procurement Team Representatives, Sales Engineers, Clientele, Consultants, Contractors, and Vendors.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
5-7 years minimum experience encompassing the construction or preconstruction of Data Centers and Mission Critical facilities is required.
Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with discipline personnel, office staff, and clientele.
Demonstrated ability to promote and establish teamwork and individual leadership within the discipline.
Ability to successfully and continuously lead a team of internal and external stakeholders to meet and exceed project, discipline, and business unit goals.
Extensive knowledge of building codes and construction systems.
Effective time management and organizational skills; ability to become involved in several projects and remain up to date on the various developmental stages.
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to track market trends by discipline and geographic location.
A strong understanding and mastery of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
