We are seeking a strategic and solutions-driven Senior Program Manager to join the Brokerage Operations team. In this role, you will be the operational backbone for our key strategic initiatives, acting as the bridge between Brokerage Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer Support, Onboarding, and Learning & Development.
You will own the Operational roadmap, identifying high-value opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce operating costs, and enhance the experience for our agents and staff. You will not just manage projects; you will drive the strategy behind how we scale our operations efficiently using technology and data.
This position is hybrid (requirement to work out of your local hub office location 2x per month)
Process Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks in brokerage workflows and define product features or process changes to remove them.
AI & Automation: Leverage an "AI-first" mindset to find opportunities where automation can reduce manual work for staff and agents.
ROI Measurement: Define and track KPIs for every program (e.g., cost avoidance, time savings, adoption rates). You will use data to prove the value of your initiatives.
