Process and fulfill customer requests. Receive and process requests from clients, analyze issues, and monitor projects front to back within specific processes. Provide solutions and work with a variety of groups (such as Sales, Commissions, IT, Product Development) for clarification where required.
High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
2-4 years of related experience
Strong MS Office skills
Strong knowledge of computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
