Execute loan funding, including booking, disbursements, and fee reconciliation
Ensure all conditions precedent to funding are satisfied prior to closing
Facilitate seamless transition to Loan Servicing through accurate and complete loan boarding packages
Monitor financial covenants, reporting requirements, and post-closing conditions
Proactively resolve exceptions and maintain compliance with ongoing credit requirements
5+ years of commercial loan closing experience
High School Diploma Required
Strong knowledge of C&I lending, collateral structures, and loan documentation
Experience with complex transactions, including participations and specialty lending structures preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
