Senior Director

The Senior Director, Capital Markets reports to the SVP, Treasury and will lead the financing of data center development projects. This senior leadership role demands deep expertise in data center project and structured finance, including construction loans, CMBS, ABS, and related structures. The role will analyze and recommend structuring alternatives, spearhead financing negotiations, manage/oversee project financial models, and collaborate closely with executive leadership, lenders, advisors and cross-functional teams to drive successful financing execution.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or other related discipline. MBA or advanced degree in Finance strongly preferred.

Detail-oriented self-starter with 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in project and structured finance with a significant focus on data center or critical infrastructure projects.

Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing large-scale, complex data center project and structured financing transactions (multi-hundred million to multi-billion dollar projects).

Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills, with proficiency in advanced tools and financial systems.

Deep understanding of data center business models, operations, and market dynamics, including power infrastructure, leasing, and technology.

Experience with joint ventures, funds, and strategic partnerships in infrastructure or technology sectors a plus.

Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices impacting data center development and financing.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.

Demonstrated leadership, facilitation skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
