What You’ll Do Drive lead generation and nurture relationships with investors and property owners Oversee full deal pipeline: listings, marketing, negotiations, LOIs, PSAs, due diligence, and closings Collaborate with your team and marketing staff to bring deals to market Produce Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs), pull comps, and pitch opportunities Own key accounts and client relationships within your product specialization
Who Are You 5+ Years in commercial real estate, or investment sales Proven closer or producer looking for a stronger platform Licensed Real Estate Agent or actively pursuing licensing Comfortable with CRM systems, data tools, and financial analysis A culture fit: Collaborative, Coachable, Communicative, and Consistent
