Support property management operations and resident services.
Provide responsive, courteous, and thorough information to all prospective tenants, current residents, and property staff regarding the property, its amenities, and surrounding areas.
Promote a high quality of living for the community.
Manage the initial leasing process for new residents.
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming resident correspondence and communication with a high level of customer service.
Assist residents with package deliveries, move-in/out logistics, and opening requests for service, following up to ensure satisfaction.
Administer resident lease renewals and requests for transfers.
Uphold quality standards by monitoring resident satisfaction surveys and online community reviews.
Assist with purchase orders for the property.
Provide timely, courteous, thorough, and accurate information in person, over the phone, and in written correspondence.
Accurately assess the root cause of each resident inquiry and resolve issues.
Greet all prospects, visitors, and residents.
Attend, support, and assist with onsite resident activities.
Stay in sync with the company’s and community’s values, operating and safety policies and procedures.
Adhere to federal, state, and local laws pertaining to the operation of the community and Fair Housing.
Qualifications
High School Diploma required.
Strong customer service and hospitality orientation.
Strong administrative and organization skills.
Sense of responsibility.
Thorough attention to detail.
Ability to take ownership and see things through to completion.
Familiarity with and a working knowledge of the Chicagoland area, including public transportation and social activities.
Strong computer proficiency.
Excellent communication - both over the phone and in written correspondence.
Effective presenter.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Able to prioritize tasks to meet goals and deadlines.
An excellent attitude and willingness to learn.
Resolve to provide positive, prompt, and friendly service.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Direct Multi-family Industry experience (1 year preferred) for a luxury community.
