As a Resident Service Associate, you’ll be the friendly face and helpful resource for prospective and current residents. From assisting with leasing activities to ensuring a smooth move-in experience, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming community and supporting property success.
This role will be split between two neighboring communities: Portofino Place East (416 Units) and Portofino Place West (396 Units).
Assist with qualifying prospects and preparing lease paperwork.
Conduct virtual tours and prepare move-in packets.
Verify application details and forward for approval.
Respond to resident inquiries and maintenance requests.
Support rent collection and renewal processes.
Make welcome and follow-up calls to residents.
Inspect common areas and vacant units for cleanliness.
Coordinate with maintenance for unit readiness.
Open and close models and amenities daily.
Support marketing activities and surveys.
Participate in required training and ensure compliance with laws and company standards.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of one year experience in a customer service, sales, or retail position.
Previous leasing/customer service experience preferred.
Experience using Yardi or other property management accounting software preferred.
Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong typing skills.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills.
Detail oriented; ability to manage conflicting priorities and to adjust priorities on a daily basis.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
