The Role: The purpose of this position is to oversee and manage the recertification process for residents participating in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. This role is key to ensuring that residents maintain their eligibility and that their information is accurately processed in accordance with program regulations. Responsibilities include conducting annual recertifications, completing income calculations, maintaining files, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
The incumbent in this role must possess a high degree of professionalism and positive engagement for our residents and the workforce.
