Principal, Infrastructure Debt Capital Markets (Capital Solutions)

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the sourcing and development of infrastructure financing opportunities, leveraging industry relationships and market insights.
Oversee the structuring, negotiation, and execution of financing solutions including senior debt, mezzanine, hybrid instruments, and ESG-linked products.
Manage high-level relationships with institutional investors, banks, and advisors.
Act as a strategic advisor to clients.
Contribute to the strategic direction of the infrastructure finance platform, including product innovation, market positioning, and geographic expansion.
Mentor junior professionals, foster collaboration across teams, and contribute to talent development and culture.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in infrastructure finance, project finance, or structured finance
Proven track record of leading complex transactions and managing senior client relationships.
Deep understanding of infrastructure sectors and associated financing structures.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.
FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 and SIE licenses required (or ability to obtain within 3 months from start date)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with sustainable infrastructure and ESG-linked financing.
Familiarity with institutional investor dynamics and private credit markets.
Global transaction experience across developed and emerging markets.
Multilingual capabilities and cross-cultural fluency are a plus.
