Qualifications

Sharp business and sales acumen; analytical and strategic thinking
Experience in the Student Housing or Multi-family Real Estate industry; proficiency in current market trends and economic factors.
Strong understanding and experience using Entrata for property management, leasing, and sales reporting.
Proven effective leader, motivator, and supervisor; 2+ years’ experience leading a team of 3+ people.
Strong understanding of the student housing industry dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and drive results.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel within the assigned regions periodically.
Proficient with social media platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Exemplary business and sales acumen with a proven ability to think strategically and analytically.
Extensive experience in the Student Housing or Multi-family Real Estate industry, with deep knowledge of market trends and economic drivers.
Expertise in property management systems (Entrata preferred) and lead management platforms.
