Job Description
As a senior member of our team, you will consult with management on efforts and processes for overseeing customer network development and customer support activities, work directly with lenders to develop their capabilities to deliver loans to Fannie Mae, and support customer engagement opportunities.
You will have the flexibility to shape your day while partnering with a team that prioritizes collaboration and client service. Key responsibilities include:
Building strong relationships with multifamily owners and DUS lenders by developing customized financing strategies and delivering best‑in‑class customer service.
Partner with credit, legal, risk, and servicing teams to structure transactions that balance mission and market objectives with sound credit principles.
Providing guidance and recommendations on promoting and selling Fannie Mae's products and services.
Providing subject matter expertise, best practices, and recommendations to management.
