Job Description : Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing (BXMA) - Product Management, Associate
Business Unit Overview
Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing (BXMA) manages $101 billion across a diversified set of businesses. We strive to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for our clients across market cycles. Our strategies include Absolute Return, Multi-Strategy, Total Portfolio Management, and Public Real Assets.
Client Service and Marketing Support – Responding to a wide range of client and prospect inquiries by producing timely , accurate , and well-structured materials.
Content Development & Production – Creating and maintaining client- and prospect-facing materials, including marketing presentations, portfolio review decks, and customized presentations.
Data Analytics – Producing recurring and ad-hoc reporting deliverables, including performance summaries and portfolio analytics , using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Sigma , Tableau .
Quality Control – Maintaining a high standard of quality across all outputs, including numerical accuracy, formatting precision, and visual consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Working with Investment, Sales, Client Service, Operations, and Compliance teams to gather inputs, validate information, and ensure deliverables meet both business and regulatory requirements.
Learning & Development – Building foundational knowledge of investment products, portfolio construction, and performance drivers.
Role Requirements & Success Profile
Core Attributes Analytical and Technical Capability – Strong problem-solving skills and attention to numerical accuracy. Strong p roficiency in Excel basic familiarity with tabular data manipulation via SQL and Power Query . Some familiarity with mainstream data science tools including Python a plus .
Technical & Analytical Capabilities Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, including structuring, auditing, and troubleshooting complex analyses. Comfort working directly with raw data sets in SQL , tabular data manipulation, and data visualization platforms . Some experience with Python a plus .
Translating data into clear , structured , accessible, client-friendly outputs

Experience & Professional Background
2+ years of experience in investment management, investment banking, financial analysis, reporting, consulting, or a related data science or quantitative role
Exposure to financial markets, portfolio analytics, or content preferred
Experience working in a deadline-driven, high-output environment
Basic understanding of investment concepts, including performance measurement, benchmarks, and portfolio construction
High degree of c omfort working with data sets and transforming them in line with business logic
