As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead a team dedicated to keeping our communities safe, beautiful, and fully operational. This role combines hands-on maintenance expertise with leadership responsibilities to ensure resident satisfaction and property preservation.
Oversee and perform maintenance repairs across the property.
Schedule and monitor preventative maintenance programs.
Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification is required.
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is required.
Three or more years’ hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience required.
Supervisory experience required.
Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software.
Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work.
Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
