As a Floating Community Manager, you’ll assist with oversight of multiple properties within your region, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and resident satisfaction. This dynamic role is perfect for a self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Recruit, coach, and motivate high-performing property teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage budgets and financial reporting.
Identify cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities.
Conduct property inspections and investor tours.
Maintain occupancy and rental rate goals.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Industry certification preferred.
3 or more years of hands-on property management experience.
Multifamily property experience required.
Successful track record as a supervisor preferred.
Strong understanding of financial statements (budget, P&L, General Ledger).
Experience writing and maintaining budgets.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Knowledge of Yardi or other property management accounting software.
Previous track record of maintaining occupancy and net operating income in multifamily property management.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
