As a Floating Assistant Community Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting multiple communities, ensuring financial accuracy, leasing success, and exceptional resident experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in property management.
The schedule for this role will float between two communities in San Diego, CA: Bevel Apartments (405 Units) and IDEA1 (295 Units).
Collect and post rent, process invoices, and prepare monthly financial reports.
Complete bank deposits and account reconciliations.
Use Yardi or similar software for property accounting.
Lease apartments and promote resident satisfaction.
Respond promptly to resident questions and service issues.
Mentor leasing team members and assist with marketing and resident retention.
Collaborate with the Community Manager on property operations.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of one year of residential leasing, sales, and/or property management experience required.
Experience in leadership and supervising a staff preferred.
Experience using Yardi or other related property management accounting software.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong math and accounting skills.
Understanding of financial statements (budget, financial reports, accounting information, etc.).
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
