We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical & Mechanical Engineer to support the design, capacity planning, and energy optimization efforts across our global colocation data center portfolio. This role focuses on brownfield projects, including infrastructure upgrades, retrofits, and expansions of existing facilities, ensuring operational continuity and efficiency.
You will work closely with engineering teams, contractors, commissioning agents, and internal systems to execute technical solutions for AC/DC power and HVAC systems, while contributing to energy efficiency initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (required).
Minimum 5 years of experience in data center or mission-critical environments.
Strong understanding of AC/DC power systems, HVAC infrastructure, and energy management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SKM Power Tool (or similar), CFD tools, Microsoft Office Suite.
LEED Certification is a plus.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience in managing complex engineering projects is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize tasks, and drive results across cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, 24x7 operational environment.

Bachelors degree in engineering (preferably electrical or mechanical)
4-7 Years significant experience in engineering roles within mission-critical environments, ideally data centers
Strong knowledge of Auto-Computer Aided Design (ACAD)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Explorer) or equivalents
Experience in data center design, business-critical infrastructure management, and data center operations
Electrical, Mechanical, Network, or Operational data center experience preferred
Ability to travel and work onsite as required
Strong attention to detail and adherence to standards/processes
Proactive, flexible, self-starter with deadline orientation
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving ability, particularly in customer design issues
Detail-oriented, with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
