Job Description
The Director of Asset Management will oversee the entire spectrum of asset management for a growing portfolio of new development/construction deals as well as manage new lease ups and existing, stabilized assets within the portfolio. Your responsibilities include overseeing investment opportunities, managing relationships with key investor relationships, and optimizing portfolio performance. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.
Managing Director – Portfolio Management
The Director will be supported by the Asset Management analyst and associate team and will be required to supervise and mentor analysts and associates to perform tasks and to facilitate greater productivity within the group. The hire for this role will also be required to interface across multiple teams including Development, Construction, Accounting, Operations, Leasing & Marketing, Investor Relations, and Capital Markets.

Travel: Varies; the hire for this role may be required to attend investor property tours both locally and nationwide, as well as important industry conferences. When not local, travel will typically be 0-2 trips per month typically 0-2 nights per trip.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field. An advanced degree (MBA, MS in Real Estate) is preferred.
