Controls property operations through budget oversight, expense approvals, marketing coordination, resident communications, and maintaining property appearance.
Maintains service standards by upholding company appearance guidelines, communicating professionally, and ensuring resident concerns are addressed promptly.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in property management.
Valid driver's license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
Multi-family property management experience.
Local market experience with proven history in customer service, negotiation, and property marketing / advertising.
