Holder Construction is seeking a Community & Events Coordinator to support our MNO Data Center project in Monrovia, Indiana. This is an on‑site, project‑based role focused on local community engagement, events, and coordination tied directly to active construction operations.
The position works closely with the project leadership team, client representatives, and local stakeholders to support community outreach, site‑related events, and day‑to‑day coordination throughout the life of the project.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who is organized, people‑oriented, and comfortable representing a large construction project in a small‑community setting.
