The Commercial Loan Officer – Income Property Lending (IPL) is responsible for originating, structuring, underwriting, and closing commercial real estate loans secured by income-producing properties. This role focuses on building and managing relationships with borrowers, brokers, and referral partners while identifying lending opportunities that align with the Bank’s credit standards and growth objectives. The Commercial Loan Officer serves as a trusted advisor throughout the lending process and works closely with Credit, Underwriting, Closing, Portfolio Management, and Servicing teams to deliver exceptional client service and high-quality loan production.
The IPL business focuses on financing stabilized and value-add commercial real estate assets including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, medical office, hospitality, mixed-use, and self-storage properties.
