As a Commercial Brokerage Services Lead (internally called Client Services Lead ), you're at the forefront of the action, delivering exceptional marketing and administrative support to several broker teams. From project management to financial analysis support, you're the go-to guru for all things Commercial real estate. You're ready to tackle any client-facing challenge, or transaction managementtask that comes your way.
Balance multiple activities and projects simultaneously for multiple brokerage teams .
Efficiently track action items for multiple teams/brokers so that nothing falls through the cracks.
Participate in management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes.Calculate commissions, collect supporting paperwork, and enterdeal sheets
Execute marketing campaigns, including scheduling campaigns, maintenance of mailing lists, and running campaign reports.
Create and design marketing flyers, tour books and BOVs.
Update Brokers’ recent transactions on applicable websites and broker bios. .
Manage social media for teams and individuals.
Monitor competitor research and data collection, and liaise with appropriate internal departments to obtain data, such as company and title searches, and property particulars (e.g. financial, marketing, research).
Senior level support to Agents, including marketing, administrative, transaction and project management activities with minimal supervision.
Create various presentation materials in Adobe InDesign including images, graphics, charts, graphs and excel worksheets
Prepare, print and bind surveys (lease and sales comparable, availabilities).
Coordinate orientation and training for new administrative hires; help deliver other training as needed and establish best practices.
Act as a subject matter expert; provide guidance to team members on technical questions
Liaise with clients on a regular basis to coordinate information, organize meetings and obtain required documentation.
Liaise with Broker(s) and Sales Assistant(s) regarding listing inquiries; book tours for clients.
Coordinate and participate in client open houses – including catering, invitation lists and day of event hosting responsibilities.
Assist in the development of listing pitches/presentations (e.g. gather maps, surveys, other applicable research).
5+ years of relevant Commercial Real Estate experience.
Adobe InDesign experience is required.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience in a corporate environment.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
