Overview

GSAM Private Credit is seeking a highly driven individual to join the Strategic Capital Management team.

Responsibilities

provides institutional and individual investors with investment and advisory solutions, with strategies spanning asset classes, industries, and geographies.
We help our clients navigate today’s dynamic markets, and identify the opportunities that shape their portfolios and long-term investment goals.
We extend these global capabilities to the world’s leading pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, central banks, insurance companies, financial institutions, endowments, foundations, individuals and family offices.
Asset Management also invests in corporate equity and corporate debt, real estate equity, and real estate debt and infrastructure worldwide.
Additionally, we provide asset management services to investments where Goldman Sachs has an interest.
Consisting of hundreds of professionals in multiple offices around the world, our business operates on a global platform.
Review and opine on transaction deal flow for strategic capital allocation and manage pipeline tracking for fund investments
Collaborate with product specialists to onboard new investment vehicles including comingled funds, separately managed accounts, and funds of one to determine capital allocation and portfolio construction parameters for investors
Coordinate investment offering correspondence between external clients and internal stakeholders including product specialists, legal, and compliance
Produce and distribute presentation materials to provide analysis for business-critical decisions to senior leadership
Manage various recurring reporting for senior leadership and internal GS stakeholders
Play a key role in driving global initiatives to streamline currently in-place process and/or to support business development
Collaborate with technology and engineering teams to enhance workflows

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
10+ years of work experience, with an understanding of debt products
Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgments
Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders
Commercially savvy with ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive information
Integrity, ethical standards and sound judgment
