Incoming College Freshman Tips

Hey, i'm an incoming freshman at IU studying RE at the kelley school of business and I wanted peoples advice on what you would do if you were in my position trying to break into CRE. Are there certain organizations I should join, fraternities I should rush, clubs I should apply for, projects I should start, courses I should take, etc. Thank you for any advice you can give.
