CRE Analyst

Hi, recently iv been looking into getting into CRE analysis as a career goal. I'm looking into doing courses like A.CRE, REFAI, and ARGUS. Also want to get associated with organizations like NAIOP. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Was also wondering about any specific resources to learn general information about CRE and if REFAI is a good resource for that. Thank you
